To begin with, we have gathered together these articles which explain the basic concepts you need to start using an app that is revolutionising project management as we used to know it. The fact is simplicity and power are not incompatible.
Our purpose? To make the complex world of professional project management accessible and easy to understand for anyone who needs to plan and manage their work effectively.
You’ll see the various sections making up the project panel: the list of projects you’re working on; the ways to filter tasks in your projects; access to your profile, events and pending conversations, and planning for each project.
In the articles on planning, you’ll learn to access the work flow for each project. You’ll get to know the meaning of the different task colours, the activity panel and how to generate a status report for the project.
The activity panel contains all the information for each task: the people involved, the conversations; and all the attached files, objectives and many other things.
The Testing Mode is the key tool for Project Managers. You can use the simulator to view possible consequences from a change in the planning and decide whether or not to implement it.
In the Process Store you can edit standards on which we can base our future projects. This process editor enables real time automatic project optimisation: creating new scenarios or possible activities.
